The Prime Minister says he will change the law to make sure that lone killers with “extreme individualised violence” face terror charges – after Axel Rudakubana murdered three young girls in Southport.

Home Secretary Yvette Cooper said it was a “total disgrace” that Rudakubana had been able to purchase a knife on Amazon, despite having a prior conviction for violence. And she promised a total review of the anti-extremism Prevent programme.
