Bulk LPG tanker strike called off

The strike by the bulk LPG tankers association has been called off following the oil companies having assured them to consider the demands on the new tender, sources said.

“Most of the demands from our side have accepted by the three oil companies – IOC, BPCL and HPCL. This includes the penalty clause and ownership ship,” the source said.

The strike started from Thursday morning but are back on the road from Sunday night.
